Privacy and terms

What this is. Direct Approach Live is the private dashboard that comes with Dan Chadwick's Executive Direct Approach. It holds the target list and tracker Dan built for you, the messages in his method, and market intel on your companies.

Who can see it. You, through a code sent to your personal email, and Dan, so he can coach you on it. Nobody else. Nothing on it is shared with the companies on your list or with any other client.

Confidential by design. Emails go only to the personal address you gave Dan. Their subject lines and content never say what the dashboard is for. Do not use an employer's device or email with it.

Nothing is scraped. The dashboard never pulls names or profiles from LinkedIn. You find the people and add their names and profile links yourself. The market intel comes from public news and company announcements, each with its source.

Activity is tracked to improve the service. What you do on the dashboard (sign-ins, which screens, people and briefing stories you open and roughly how long the dashboard is open and in use, which signals you act on or mark not useful, documents you read or download, messages you copy, edit or tailor, status changes, companies you add or remove and why, and clicks on links in the briefing email) is recorded so Dan can see where the method is working and where it isn't, and coach you better. Beyond your own coaching, only anonymised patterns across clients are ever used. Nothing identifying you or the people on your list leaves the service.

Your tracker is yours. You can download it as Excel at any time from Settings, and it stays available to you after the intel service ends.

Your data. If you want your dashboard deleted, tell Dan and it is removed, along with your activity record.
